Meet Sustainable Artists
At Sustainable Canvas we collaborate with a diverse group of talented artists who are passionate about creating sustainable art. These artists have embraced Sustainable Canvas in their practice, offering collectors sought-after sustainable art for their homes. Let's meet some of these inspiring Sustainable Artists.
Jackie Green

With a background in traditional freehand signwriting and custom-made signage, Jackie brings an eclectic fusion of typography and iconography into the free-flowing world of abstract expressionism. She creates via two modes — Urban Rhythm and Coastal Contemplation. Jackie's work features in foyer lobbies, galleries and homes.
Melony Smirniotis

Melony Kara Smirniotis is the director of Gallery 11:11 in North Epping, Sydney. As both gallery director and artist, connecting her audience to an authentic story is her focus. For the past two decades her subject matter has fallen into three series: ocean, earth and sky. With a deep connection to nature from a young age, Melony creates work that evokes emotion — bringing the joy she finds in nature into people's homes.
Lizzie Alsop

Lizzie Alsop is a full-time contemporary artist who works from her home studio on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. She has been creative all her life and launched into her art full-time after a move to the coast over fifteen years ago. Her artwork is described as a joyful, colourful mix of abstract and realism. Lizzie has participated in solo and group exhibitions on the Mornington Peninsula, the Limestone Coast and in Melbourne. Her work is in private collections globally.
Natalie Jayne

Ever since having her son, creating art has returned to being a meaningful part of Natalie's identity. As with many new mothers, she found in those early years that she had lost herself a bit in motherhood. Natalie discovered that even if she just used the small pockets of time when he was napping to create art, she was able to begin reconnecting with her true self.
These are just a few examples of the talented Sustainable Artists who have embraced Sustainable Canvas in their practice. By choosing their art, collectors not only bring beauty into their homes but contribute to a more sustainable future.
